Marj Mationg is a dear friend needing help to fight cancer.
Few days ago, we received a devastating news from our friend Marj that she has been diagnosed to have an invasive form of breast cancer from a routine physical exam. We were shaken in disbelief when we found out about the news. Since January, she already had undergone initial treatment and surgery in an attempt to stop the spread of the disease. But despite this, she received an unfortunate news that she will need further treatment to stop the cancer.
Marj is one of the most energetic, fun-loving and God-fearing person we know. She is a registered nurse in Colorado and is married to Tommy for 17 years. They have devoted their life in helping their family, friends, as well as their church community. They have always extended help and assistance willingly to those who needs it.
Next week, Marjolyn will be going to MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, Texas to seek help from the experts to beat her cancer. The accrual of medical bills, transportation from Colorado to Texas, and the anticipated cost of chemotherapy will take a financial toll on the couple. Our friend Marj will have a long journey to fight cancer. She will need our prayers and support through this challenging time. She is prepared and hopeful to take a stand to fight breast cancer. But she will need our help. With your financial support, we can alleviate some of the burdens that she and her family will carry through this journey.
