- Hi my name is Ricky and I'm trying to raise money for a great bloke and fellow AUSTRALIAN HAYABUSA CLUB member Mario Baker who's facing a tough time here's his story My disease is called diffuse systemic scleroderma, is a rare autoimmune disease, I have lost strength in my hands, arms, legs trouble walking and standing for long periods, I no longer work or ride because I dont have the strength in my hands/arms to pull the clutch or brake lever in, I have now developed inflammatory muscle disease and pulmonary fibrosis so my breathing is affected. I am hoping to hear news next week of having a bone marrow transplant to give me part of my life back. 5 weeks post op in Royal Adelaide hospital, 6mths living in Adelaide living near hospital, 2 to 3yrs for my body to recover.
