On Tuesday, February 10th, Mario Escobar Jr., 22 years old, was involved in a car accident. Mario needed to get airlifted from the crash site to the hospital.
Mario burnt 25% of his body, fractured his back and neck, lacerated a main artery in his leg, along with fracturing his knee and shattering his ankle. Mario is to remain in the ICU/burn unit until further notice. Mario has a long road ahead of him but he continues to fight everyday and heal!
As we all know, Mario is a devoted and proud Wildland firefighter, a brother, a friend, a son, and a man we can count on when in need. We, as a family, truly appreciate any and all support and prayers.
We are raising money on behalf of Mario to help cover his medical expenses and any other costs associated with his care and health from this point forward.
