I want to thank everyone for their support in getting Mario tests, medications, and prescription food. We've gotten more tests and there has been no progress. Tests, changing foods, plus giving him prescription food, has not helped.

I'm sad to report that he has gotten worse. I've been force feeding him the last three days (June 29) but he's not improving. He is very frail, wobbly, and noticeably sad. I feel the time has come to say goodbye to my boy.

So far the funds raised have been to get him this far, but I did factor in his euthanasia and cremation into my goal and we've now reached that point. If you could please share this widely to help raise funds for this final gift to him, I would be very grateful. I am not asking for more from you, only that you share this.

The estimates I've received have been $400 for the procedure and $200 more for the return of his ashes, which would mean the world to me. So $600 more from the $1926 already raised and spent is my goal.
