About 8 months to a year ago, my dad Mario began experiencing stomach issues. At first, doctors believed it was gastritis. Like many hardworking fathers, he pushed through the discomfort and kept going. But two months ago, his condition worsened, and after countless tests and exams, our lives changed forever. My dad was diagnosed with stomach and esophageal cancer, which has now also affected his liver. This cancer is extremely aggressive, and time is critical.

He is now preparing to begin chemotherapy—six cycles in total. The financial burden of this treatment is overwhelming for our family. Despite everything, my dad remains strong, hopeful, and surrounded by faith. He is fighting with everything he has—not just for himself, but for our family, who cannot imagine life without him. We believe in this treatment, and we believe in his strength to beat this.

Hace aproximadamente 8 meses a un año, mi papá Mario comenzó a experimentar problemas estomacales. Al principio, los médicos pensaron que se trataba de gastritis. A pesar de todo, mi papá se mantiene fuerte, lleno de esperanza y rodeado de fe. Está luchando con todo lo que tiene, no solo por él, sino por nuestra familia, que no puede imaginar la vida sin él. Creemos en este tratamiento y creemos en su fortaleza para vencer esta batalla.
