Help Us Keep the Brotherhood Alive — "The Platoonion" 2026
Every year since 2017, a group of Marine Corps combat veterans from 1st Battalion, 1st Marines have found a way back to each other.
We call it "The Platoonion" — and it's exactly what it sounds like: the platoon, reunited.
For a few days each year, brothers who bled together, fought together, and carried each other through the worst moments of their lives get to simply be together. No missions. No gear. Just the men who know each other in a way words can't fully explain.
Many of our veterans are disabled and fly in from across the country to be there. For some, it's the one time all year they feel truly understood. The cost of travel, lodging, and events adds up — and we don't want a single Marine left behind because of finances.
We're raising $4,000–$5,000 to make the July 2026 reunion possible.
Your donation helps cover:
• ✈️ Travel support for disabled veterans
• Lodging & event costs
• The irreplaceable gift of brotherhood
These men gave everything. This reunion gives something back — a reminder that they are not forgotten, that their brothers still show up for them.
Help us keep the promise. Semper Fi.
