My name is Delayla Valladares, I am Marina’s daughter. My mother has been suffering with a brain tumor for more than 5 years due to a traumatic head injury.  Last year she was diagnosed with a Benign brain tumor that was located near the main vein in the brain. She had a date to get it removed last year but it was also my brothers college graduation. She wanted to see her son walk the stage since he’s the first Valladares to ever graduate college. She managed the headaches until Christmas Eve this year. She had a seizure while in the car that almost caused her death. Our little family gave her the strength to get checked and to get it removed. Thankfully on the 28th of December, the doctors in Kaiser Permanente were able to conduct brain surgery, removing 99% of the tumor. We are trying to raise money for all medical cost. All we ask of you is for prayers for my mothers recovery and if anyone is willing to donate that would mean the world to us. Thank you and god bless you all. Mi nombre es Delayla Valladares, soy la hija de Marina. Mi madre ha sufrido un tumor cerebral durante más de 5 años debido a una lesión traumática en la cabeza. El año pasado le diagnosticaron un tumor cerebral benigno que se encontraba cerca de la vena principal del cerebro. Tenía una fecha para que se lo quitaran el año pasado, pero también era la graduación de la universidad de mi hermano. Quería ver a su hijo subir al escenario ya que es el primer Valladares en graduarse de la universidad. Manejó los dolores de cabeza hasta la víspera de Navidad de este año. Sufrió una convulsión mientras estaba en el auto que casi le causó la muerte. Nuestra pequeña familia le dio la fuerza para que la revisaran y se la quitaran. Afortunadamente, el 28 de diciembre, los médicos de Kaiser Permanente pudieron realizar una cirugía cerebral, extirpando el 99% del tumor. Estamos tratando de recaudar fondos para todos los gastos médicos.
