I am Marina Betancourt and I'm raising funds for a divorce. This isn't a situation I ever wanted to be in; however, in 2024, my son was murdered and my husband was arrested and charged with murder in the first degree.

In 2024, I lost my son, my light of my world, and my life fell apart. I lost my job, I was depressed, and my health took a hit. It's now May 2025, and I'm starting to rebuild. I've found a new job, and though there are hard days, there are good ones too.

I am seeking a divorce and do not have the funds for legal support currently. I am asking for assistance in ending this marriage and in continuing my journey as I restart my life from the lowest it's ever been.
