Help Marilyn & Doug with Unexpected Expenses

Hi friends,

As many of you know, we came to Boston to celebrate our granddaughter's graduation from Emerson College the weekend of May 11th. During our visit, Doug began showing signs of confusion and balance issues. Following a Telehealth appointment with our doctor in Colorado, we were advised to go to the ER. Doug was admitted to Mass General Hospital, where he underwent significant brain surgery to remove three of the several tumors they found.

As of today, May 21st, Doug is out of the ICU, but we have a long road ahead. Our most urgent need is funds to cover accommodations, food, and travel, as these expenses are unfortunately not covered by Medicare/insurance. We are unsure how long we will need to stay in Boston, so any help is greatly appreciated.
