Our Go Fund Me Campaign is aiming to raise $5,000 to help me and my mother rent a new home to live in. It will help to pay our 1st months rent, a month & half of the security deposit and moving expenses. This is our heart breaking story...

Exactly 3 weeks ago our landlady TEXTED us that we were being evicted after 6 happy years renting and living in her house. The reason we were being told to leave was because she wanted her house back. To be told by text while we were in Walmart that in 2 months we would no longer have a home was very distressing.

The shock, surprise and heartbreak is an over whelming sadness for my mother and I. We weren't given any prior notice or warning that she was thinking of moving back into her house, later we found out that back in April she had told all of the neighbors on the block that she planned on moving back into her house, that's 5 long months before she notified us of her plans.

My mother is on disability and on a fixed income, I have a great job and I work well over 60+ hours a week and yet we still live paycheck to paycheck. We currently have no savings, emergency money or a rainy day stash to fall back on. We were so caught off guard that we were being evicted that extreme panic and fear immediately stunned the both of us because we knew we didn't have a dime in the bank & no one to borrow money from.

But miraculously we did find a house that we both fell in love with, I do believe that my Nanny and Grandma Rose in Heaven was watching over us and brought us to this house. It was on the market for 2 hours before I saw the notification that it was available. That very same day I contacted the realtor and within 2 hours we were looking at our new rental home.

We are making you all aware of our situation and how dire it truly is. So to all our family, friends and loved ones, we desperately need your support and help. We decided to start a Go Fund Me Campaign with hopes that your kindness, love but most of all donations will put us back into a house where we can feel safe and secure again.

Believe me everyone, you are our last resort to secure us a place to live. This is a very serious situation that my mother and I are in and without your help we may not have a home in a few weeks.
