We are pleading for your help in donations and prayers for our fellow friend Maricruz. She is being accused for a charge that she was unaware of from10 years ago and that her previous boss is responsible for.
One day in 2010 our friend Maricruz showed up to her job where she worked as a Legal Representative only to find the plant closed and not accessible to anyone, as a legal representative she was the link between the owners of a US manufacturing plant and the general handling (customs, taxes) of said plant in Ciudad Juarez, Mexico. This plant closed unexpectedly leaving thousands of people without jobs and management without access to the building. Proper business practices for these plants is to import all necessities including materials to be processed at these plants and then be returned to the mother company in the United States. In this case she is being accused of not paying taxes on equipment and materials not being returned to the parent company. On April 15th., she was arrested and sent to jail in Juarez, Mexico where she is currently being held.
It would be of great help if you could donate to our cause to help pay for her legal fees so that she is able to be freed and have her case worked on while she is free and able to be with her loving family and friends.

Estamos pidiendo su ayuda con donaciones y oraciones para nuestra amiga Maricruz, ya que esta siendo acusada injustamente por un delito del que no es responsable y por consiguiente no estaba enterada.
Un dia alla por 2010 Maricruz llego a su trabajo donde se empeñaba como Representante Legal de Industrial de Alta Tecnologia (una planta maquiladora). Econtrando que dicha planta estaba cerrada sin permitir acceso a ninguno de los que ahi colaboraban. La practica comun de estas plantas es importar temporalmente los insumos para luego ser retornados como producto terminado.
El 15 de abril pasado fue arrestada bajo el cargo de que ciertos productos de esta planta maquiladora no fueron retornados a su pais de origen (Estados Unidos) y la estan acusando de no pagar el impuesto de importacion de dichos productos. Actualmente se encuentra privada de su libertad y solicitamos el apoyo economico y oraciones para regresarle su libertad y su retorno a casa con su familia y seres queridos.
