My name is Maricela Pinto and I am raising funds for a liver transplant. I have insurance, but the coverage is not enough to cover all the cost. I am currently on the waiting list, but I need to collect funds ahead of time to cover office visits, prescriptions, home healthcare, medical equipment, etc. These charges are expected to exceed $7,000

To those of you who know me, know I would not be going this route if it wasn't absolutely necessary.

I lost my mom to liver disease five years ago because unfortunately a transplant was not optional for her. I have been in the care of a great medical team since 2020.  The time has now come to plan the surgery before my liver gives out completely. I know God is giving me the opportunity to have a healthy liver and enjoy a better quality of life.  My mom did not have this opportunity.  I want more than anything to embrace this blessing for a chance to create more loving memories with my loved ones, my children and beautiful granddaughters.
