Help Mariano get the needed treatment

Help our friend Mariano (my cousin) get the
much necessary treatment needed! 

Mariano was diagnosed with the very rare
Guillain-Barré syndrome.  Guillain-Barre (gee-YAH-buh-RAY) syndrome  is a rare
disorder in which your body's immune system
attacks your nerves. Treatment is available
but it is very costly. Special blood treatment
(plasma exchange and immunoglobulin
therapy) can relieve symptoms.
Physical therapy is needed. His family and I 
are asking for your help to get him the 
treatment that he desperately needs.
