Dear family and friends, my name is Thomas Belcastro, I am writing on behalf of my sister Marianne Harris, better known as Mimi. Mimi is a registered nurse, mother, wife, sister and dear friend to many. She was recently diagnosed with an aggressive form of cancer. Since Mimi had just started her new contract in Virginia to support the nursing shortage, she wasn't eligible for either short or long term disability.
