Hi Community, Our friend Marianna Mcclellan is in need of your help. She has been diagnosed with a very rare autoimmune condition called Guillain Barré Syndrome which was triggered by COVID. Guillain Barré Syndrome is a condition in which the immune system attacks your nervous system, resulting in paralysis and loss of mobility. With treatment and intensive physical therapy, it is expected that Marianna will make a full recovery! The length of this process will likely keep her from being able to make a living for a number of months or longer, in addition to her rent, and potential hospital / rehabilitation bills, she will be facing a road to recovery that will likely need out-patient care as she will be continuing her rehabilitation from home.
