Mariane is a devoted mother to two beautiful children, Joaquin (15) and Hugo (3). After the heartbreaking loss of her husband, Mariane faced the difficult decision to leave her home in the Philippines and take a job as a nanny in the Bahamas. This meant being separated from her sons, with Hugo only one year old at the time. She made this sacrifice to provide for her family, hoping to give her children a better future.

Her job contract in the Bahamas promised that after two years, she would be able to return home to see her children, with her employer covering the travel costs. Unfortunately, the funds are not available, and Mariane is unable to afford the trip on her own. The pain of losing her husband and being apart from her children has been incredibly hard on her, but she remains hopeful and determined to reunite with them.
