Hi!

I am Cattyana and my daughter is Marialena. I am a teacher and also a special needs single mom. Unfortunately, Marialenas father has decided to stop paying child support as of 3 months ago. Due to Marialenas special medical and behavioral needs, she is quite expensive, and the amount of child support she was receiving reflected that. Due to this, we have fallen behind on bills- most importantly our mortgage. We were denied assistance, as was our appeal, and they are now threatening foreclosure. If that wasn't tough enough, Marialena has also been in the hospital for 2 weeks now. She is currently dealing with pancreatitis, an ear infection, ruptured ear drum, and poor weight gain. I unfortunately cannot take time off to be with her at the hospital as I took 3 weeks of FMLA last school year due to her many surgeries and am now out of sick time.
