Help Mariah Recover from Her Injuries

I'm Natasha. My daughter is Mariah. She is a 17-year-old girl. She got hit by a car on Gull Road Friday y and she has therapy ahead. She had a head injury and a fractured pelvis, but she's very lucky to be alive. However, we have acquired a lot of medical bills and she is missing work because of it. So any help will be great.
