Help Mariah after her Car Accident

MEDICAL UPDATES:
Mariah saw the neurologist last week and had a CT Scan done. Her skull is fracture almost like a headband from ear to ear. She also has 3 brain bleeds instead of 2 like we were initially informed. Her neck and knee were both X-rayed, we are waiting on the results. She has a MRI of her brain and cervical spine scheduled to get more answers. Her wrist is not broken nor fractured but we are still waiting more answers due to stiffness and tenderness. She has to go to concussion rehab due to suffering a severe concussion as well. Hope was seen as well and had a neck X-ray done. She has a mild case of whiplash and a follow-up appointment in July.
WORK UPDATE:
Mariah is completely out of work for the unforeseeable future. Her job let her go but she is re-hirable based on clearance.
On Friday March 26th, 2021, my two daughters, Mariah and Hope, were in a hit and run accident in Princeton, West Virginia. A white Chevy Silverado hit the front of my daughters car, a Chevy Cruze, causing her to flip multiple times. They were on there way to Florida to visit there grandfather who had a heart attack on Wednesday March 24th, 2021.
Hope walked away with a couple of minor injuries, however Mariah, was knocked unconscious during the wrecked and was stuck in the car. After getting out she was soon taken to Princeton Community Hospital where they decided to airlift her to Charleston General Hospital. She was treated for 2 brain bleeds, a skull fracture, a concussion, whiplash, skull laceration, and abrasions. She was kept in the ICU from Friday, March 26th, 2021, till Sunday March 28th, 2021, she was transferred to the trauma floor on Sunday and was discharged on Monday. Mariah, is still seeking medical treating in New York, after coming home due to prolonged injuries and routine care. She is having trouble remembering somethings as well and lost part of her hair. She worked on getting her hair to wear it was at for 3 years but in the wreck her hair got caught and they had to cut it to get her out.
The medical bills have completely taken her car insurance policy, but with withstanding medical treatment, and not being bale to work for the prolonged future, we are seeking help. Those we know to those we don't.
She is now without a car or a source of income, and not sure when she is going to get those back. With it being a hit and run, her insurance is the only one paying out, but there was a group of boys in a car behind that did pull over to help and were witnesses to the accident.
