Hi, my name is Maria. I’m a single mom of three, a special education teacher, and someone who truly loves what I do. Teaching hasn’t always been easy, and there were times I thought about walking away, but my students and my passion for education always brought me back. I’m now working toward my dream of earning a doctorate in education so I can continue growing, advocating, and making a difference in the lives of children and families.
