Hi everyone,

I'm organizing this fundraiser for my wonderful and amazing friend, Maria. She recently went through something truly unexpected and scary when an ovarian cyst ruptured, causing a blood vessel to burst. This was a life-threatening situation and she had to undergo emergency surgery. Luckily, everything went well and she is now on the road to recovery.

Maria is one of the most hardworking and creative people I know. As a bartender, she brings light and laughter to everyone she meets, but unfortunately, taking time off work means no income. Her doctors have told her she'll need at least a month to heal before she can safely return to work full-time.

She has also been working toward her dream of starting her own interior design business, and this unexpected setback has made things financially tough. On top of recovering from major surgery, Maria is now facing medical bills, medication costs, and everyday living expenses that have started to pile up.

All donations will go directly toward Maria's hospital bills, prescriptions, and essential living expenses while she recovers. Any contribution, no matter the size, will help her focus on healing without the stress of falling behind financially.
