Help Maria Get Urgent Arm Surgery

Good morning or good afternoon to anyone reading this. My name is Yenzi, Maria is my

mom, whom i love sm. Making this for her to able go help her with what i can, cus im currently unemployed so is my mother so i decided to make a gofundme for her, whatever you can do helps wether its reading or sharing this.

May 25th Maria suffered a serious arm injury after tripping and falling at Mason Neck State Park which left her with a broken bone. She is currently unemployed and doesn’t have health insurance to pay the medical bills making it extremely difficult to get the care she needs. The first hospital she visited, Sentera on Lake Ridge, only provided her with a sling and painkillers, telling her to let it heal on its own. It was like going to the nurses office at school and getting a pack of ice instead of calling ur parents. Unfortunately, that was not enough for a broken bone, and she is unable to even move her arm without risking further injury. Simple daily tasks like using the bathroom and showering have become nearly impossible, and shes relying on me with my bfs help and my brother Darwins help. And its yet to be her 3rd day with this injury. We have been trying to get my mom the proper medical attention, but every step has been a challenge. The hospital in Fairfax was more attentive at least, than in woodbridge but what they told us was they do not provide casts, so she now needs to see an orthopedic specialist for it. The cost just for the initial orthopedic visit is significant and the hospital in Lake Ridge required a large upfront payment with no option for a payment plan ($1410) which made no sense as someone who isn’t insured. On May 26th at 2am, after coming home from her first visit she also struggled with strong painkillers (oxy,morphine) that made her feel very sick, yelling in pain, leading to a 911 call and another emergency hospital visit. Despite all of this, we are doing our best to support her, but the financial burden is overwhelming.

All funds raised will go directly to Maria to cover her medical expenses, including doctor visits, surgery, medications, and any other urgent needs related to her recovery. Our goal is to get her the care she needs as soon as possible, especially with her upcoming orthopedic appointment on Friday. Any support will make a real difference and help relieve some stress my mom is facing with this. I just dont want my mom to continue like this and its not even her 3rd day and friday is the earliest appointment she could get. However it gives me time to hopefully come up with some money. I dont have specific details yet about her procedures because weve only been able to go to the ER, but its a broke bone ‍♀️ Just want to see her better, we are doing our best to see out and about again
