Help Maria Esparza's Family in Need

Hi, my name is Susan and I’m Maria Esparza’s niece. Maria has been in and out of the hospital for the past few years due to complications from diabetes and kidney failure. Unfortunately, her long and tiring fight is coming to an end. Her family has been by her side and continues to take care of her during her stay at the hospital.
