On January 7, 2025, the devastating Eaton Fire swept through the beautiful community of Altadena, leaving destruction in its wake. Margot and Christopher tragically lost their cherished home and all their belongings to the fire. While Christopher bravely fought to save their home, the fire proved too powerful. Thankfully, he escaped with their beloved cat, but everything else was lost.

Margot and Christopher have been part of the Altadena community since 2015, making their home in the creative and vibrant Mariposa Street neighborhood nestled in the foothills of the San Gabriel Mountains. Their mid-century home was more than just a house—it was a sanctuary filled with treasures collected from around the world and alive with music from their extensive vinyl record collection.

This GoFundMe campaign aims to help Margot and Christopher rebuild their lives, but it doesn’t stop there. These funds will also support their neighbors, friends, and the small business owners who make Altadena so special.
