My dream house  (or you could say) - forever house - is about to become a reality. I've been searching for six months and I finally found the ideal place for me and Bella, my Sheltie. Now that it's down to the wire I realize I am in need of additional funds to make this a reality. I need $ 28,300.00 to close and I have
$ 26.011.64. So I need $2288.84 and financial help moving. So as I panic I realize  this is the time to ask for support. Any amount would help and I would be forever grateful.
I found a sweet two bedroom modular (double wide) on the edge of Santa Rosa Creek in Sequoia Gardens. It is located at the farthest end of a  cul-de-sac so there is no traffic and it has a perfect little garden for ham-mocking, bird watching and Bella romping. It is within my budget and will afford me a quiet place to retire to and paint, garden and enjoy my neighbors.  As I have been a residence and local artist for longer in California than I was in Washington, this is a big deal and a forever culmination of painting, drawing  and sharing with the oh so many talented fellow artists' in  Northern California.  I have felt blessed to be a part of it.
