A while back, I was involved in a car vs bicycle accident that changed my life in an instant. The injuries I sustained set me back a decade, both physically and emotionally. Over the past two years, I’ve been on a long road to recovery, enduring three surgeries and countless hours of rehabilitation. Now, I’m facing one final hurdle: a total shoulder replacement. At 55, I’m determined to get back to work as a film rescue medic and storm chaser, and enjoy precious time with my family, but I can’t do it alone.

My girlfriend Robin has been my rock through all of this, working three jobs to help keep us afloat.
