On Tuesday 12/23 our bassist and close friend, Marcos, was detained by ICE while working in Colorado Springs. Anyone who knows Marcos knows that he is one of the kindest, and most hard working people you will ever meet. Marcos does not have a criminal history, and has lived in the US his entire life. Not only is he a loyal friend, but a huge supporter of our music scene especially in the COHC and DIY communities. Colorado is his home, and he has every right to be here.

He is currently being held at the Aurora based ICE Detention Center, with an initial court hearing of 1/16/26 at 3130 N Oakland St, Aurora CO. This Go Fund Me campaign as well as a benefit show will serve to help assist him and his family cover the legal fees it will take to get our brother out and back to normal life again.
