Hello, my name is Joana Simplicio, and I’m asking for help for my son, Marco Sanina, after a devastating fire destroyed his flat.

A fire recently broke out in Marco’s home, causing severe damage. As you can see from the photos, the ceiling has been torn apart, parts of the structure have collapsed, and the flat has been left completely unlivable due to fire and heavy smoke damage.

Marco has lost most of his belongings and is now facing the heartbreaking reality of starting again from nothing.

Thankfully, he made it out safely, but everything else has been turned upside down. This has been an incredibly emotional and difficult time for him and our family.

He is now without a proper place to stay and must begin rebuilding his life from scratch. The cost of replacing everyday essentials, clothing, furniture, and finding temporary accommodation is overwhelming.

We are asking for help to support Marco during this incredibly difficult time. Donations will go towards:

Temporary accommodation

Clothing and basic necessities

Replacing furniture and personal belongings

Helping him get back on his feet
