Hi! I'm Marcia, I'm a transgender woman trying to raise funds for bottom surgery. I've struggled with making the decision to crowdfund but ultimately I believe it's going to be necessary to maintain any kind of financial security both during surgery preparations and the post-operative recovery period, during which I will be out of work for about 3 months.

I have been living with bottom dysphoria for years at this point, and as time goes on it only gets less and less manageable. A year ago I decided to start pursuing relief, which for me is getting vaginoplasty, commonly referred to as bottom surgery.

The bulk of the money I raise is going to go towards hair removal, which is the only part of the medical process that is not covered by my insurance at all. This is easily going to cost multiple thousands of dollars out of pocket and is the part of the process I'm most in need of help paying for. Any other funds would be going to post-operative care and leftover cost of the actual surgery.

Any amount is appreciated and will help me not only be able to live comfortably in my body for the first time, but also to maintain stability after the fact.
