Hello, My name is Denise Edwards. I’m reaching out to the community to ask for Help for my sister friend Marci Brewster. Late last year, Marci experienced one of the most difficult losses a person can face — the passing of her father. In order to care for him during his illness, Marci made the selfless decision to stop working so she could be by his side. Even after his passing, her responsibilities did not end. Marci continues to care for her mother, putting her family’s needs before her own every single day.

While she has been doing her best to navigate grief, caregiving, and financial strain, life presented yet another unexpected hardship. Just yesterday, Marci’s car hit a severe pothole, causing the axle to break. The damage was sudden and unavoidable, and the cost of repair is more than she can manage right now.

Marci relies heavily on her car for essential transportation, including caring for her mother, attending appointments, and handling daily necessities. Without reliable transportation, an already challenging situation becomes even more overwhelming.
