My name is Moses Ochelle, and I am reaching out on behalf of my mum, Marcela. She is a strong, hardworking woman who has dedicated her life to caring for others. Recently, Mum’s life changed dramatically when she developed acute arthritis. The pain became so severe that she could no longer walk, making it impossible for her to care for the homestead and the children who depend on her. After much struggle, she underwent a double knee replacement surgery at Nairobi Hospital in Nairobi Kenya. The operation was successful, and she is now on the road to recovery. However, the medical bill is more than I can manage alone, and it has left me feeling overwhelmed and unsure where to turn.
