On Dec. 13th, 2019, Marcela was diagnosed with Signet Ring Cell Adenocarcinoma, a type of stomach cancer that can be aggressive, which has caused an ulcer/tumor. The news of her diagnosis was shocking and difficult to say the least, a painful reality to grasp.
Since then, Marcela has had a stay in the ICU and has had many tests done including CT scans, MRI's, and Endoscopies.
We are starting this fundraiser for help with costly medical exams, future and immediately needed treatment and care.
Marcela is loving, caring, compassionate, goofy, sweet, beautiful, hardworking, and family oriented. She is a wife and mother to 4 boys and sister to 5. We love her so much and can't imagine our world without her!
