Help Marc During His Hospital Stay!!

Hello all - my name is Whitney Murr and I’m advocating for my dear friend, Marc Henzler.

On December 8th , Marc was awaken by extreme testicular pain and swelling which led him to the Emergency Room. From there, he was sent to UT Southwestern in Dallas, Texas where he has been admitted ever since. He was diagnosed with Liver and Kidney failure, a heart murmur, and substantial bodily swelling and fluid surrounding his heart and lungs. They’re working diligently to remove all excess fluids in hopes of putting a catheter in his heart to keep it functioning properly. Recently, his insurance approved the kidney and liver transplants - hallelujah! Once the heart catheter has been placed, he will then be transferred to a different hospital in Dallas or San Antonio. With an original prognosis of a week to live, he has surpassed all odds with the grace of Lord and the outpouring of love and prayers from family, friends, and strangers. As many of you know, Marc lost his father, Russ, nearly 5 years ago and recently lost his sweet Mother, Andi, which has been one of the hardest times of his life only to be faced with this challenge without them. Marc has a beautiful fiancé, Meagan, brother, Matt, sister-in-law, Alex, and three nephews, Aiden, Riley, and Dean whom he loves tremendously. With Covid on the rise once more, he’s limited to guests and confined by strict orders to stay in his room. With the difficulty of being confined and waiting for his heart catheter and transplants, he has been out of work for quite some time and his “rainy day” funds are dwindling quickly.
