It all started with a bite from a brown recluse spider. Because the wound from the bite was virtually non-healing after several skin grafts and many months, my brother, Marc, was found to have a rare form of leukemia.

Marc is an avid golfer and a professional caddy. For all intents and purposes, he is self-employed and, unfortunately, uninsured. He is currently on chemotherapy and receiving blood transfusions and is blessed to have some financial assistance with healthcare expenses, but he is soon to be in the position of having to renew his apartment lease. And this is where the biggest need lies. He has, and will continue to be, out of work until completing chemotherapy. We wish to raise enough money to cover his rent until he is able to return to work, hopefully by the end of the year.
