Help Marc Clint get health again

HI, my name is Karen Kalisek Clint. I have been the wife of a wonderful man named Marc Clint for almost 36 yrs. He has been struggling with the diagnosis of Cancer, a rare cancer called Pheochromocytoma. In 2018 an incapacitated tumor was removed from his adrenal gland. We thought we were blessed, but it has returned. He began to have pain in his shoulder, followed by back pain, which has turned out to be cancer. After deciding to seek out treatment in Houston at MD Anderson, we learned that the tumor had grown and was pressing on the spinal cord. He required immediate surgery to prevent further damage.

Many of our friends, church members, neighbors, colleagues and family have been so supportive and they have asked us to share our story. Hopefully, what the doctors learn from his case will help others in the future. The travel, food, clothing ( size changes), medications, blood products, DME and other continous needs always takes a toll on families. In our case we have been away from home for months, living in hotels. He will be completing radiation treatments soon and then will require chemotherapy. Even though it sounds like we are almost done with our strife, he will always require scans and treatments in the future. It is the type of cancer that keeps coming back.

Marc is one that likes to hunt, fish and golf. We would like to see him play golf and hunt again but I would just like to hold his hand with a fishing pole in a brook. Please join us, on our journey as we pray for a recovery. Thanks for your support and loving gifts from the heart.
