Crowd funding is my last effort essentially to try and meet the remaining balance, so that he may continue living a happy life and not be taken from me due to a lack of funds. The total cost of the surgery $14,973 & through reaching out to multiple foundations, I am only short $3,600 now. Thank you for your donation, no matter the size!
Hi, my name is Aarash, and I’m asking for help to save my sweet 11-year-old Pomeranian, Marble.
Marble isn’t just my dog. He’s my best friend, my emotional support, my light in the darkest moments. He’s been with me through everything — always knowing when I need comfort, always showing up with love, no matter what.
He’s developed a severe case of tracheal collapse — a condition that makes it hard for him to breathe. Watching him struggle just to get air is absolutely heartbreaking. He’s still fighting, still wagging his tail, still looking at me like he knows we’re in this together — but I can see he’s getting tired. Although no longer a puppy, the vet has assured me this surgery has the potential to drastically increase his lifespan. And with his spirits and energy still high, I can tell he’s nowhere near ready to go yet.
There’s a procedure — a tracheal stent — that could give Marble his life back. It would open up his airway and help him breathe again, eat again, rest without pain. It could give us more time together. More tail wags, more cuddles, more memories.
But it’s expensive. And because I’m fully disabled and living on a very limited income, I just can’t afford it on my own. That’s why I’m reaching out — even though it’s hard — and asking for your help.
If you can donate anything at all, or even just share this with someone who might be able to, you’d be giving Marble a real chance. A chance to breathe easy again. A chance to keep living the happy little life he still clearly wants.
Thank you so much for reading, for caring, and for being here. Your kindness means more than I can put into words.
With love,
Aarash & Marble
