Hi, my name is Maranda, and I’m here to share a very personal story — one of love, resilience, and hope.

Last year, I was diagnosed with End Stage Renal Failure. It turned my world upside down. My energy dropped, my health declined, and I quickly found myself facing a reality I never imagined: I needed a kidney transplant to survive.

Then, something incredible happened.

My sister — my best friend, my rock — stepped forward without hesitation. She said, “You don’t have to go through this alone. I’ve got you.” And just like that, she offered me her kidney.

After a long process of testing, waiting, and praying, we found out she’s a match.

Her decision is giving me a second chance at life. But as beautiful and life-saving as this gift is, the journey ahead is complicated and expensive. That’s why we’re asking for your support.

We are raising money to help cover the costs of:

• Hospital and surgical expenses not covered by insurance

• Anti-rejection medications and follow-up appointments

• Travel and lodging for the surgery and recovery

• Time off work for both me and my sister during recovery

• Any unforeseen complications that may arise
