This GoFundMe account has been created to help a dear friend of mine in desperate need of help.

Her name is Mara.

Last Wednesday, November 5, during a routine check at the immigration office in Los Angeles, she was first detained and later deported due to a mistake made while presenting her paperwork.

After 20 years in the USA, after 4 kids born in CA, at 49 years young, Mara is now alone in Tijuana, waiting to know what will happen to her, separated from her family and friends without support.

Immigration process could last several years.

Please donate whatever you can to help her and her family (her husband is now the only one supporting their family) while dealing with this horrible condition.
