I hate to ask for help, but I'm currently in a difficult situation. My family and I are being asked to move out by September 14th, and we are doing the best we can to get everything packed and looking for a new place as soon as possible. My current management company has been uncompromising on any leeway with move out date, and have been pretty terrible my entire time living here. Broken appliances, issues with plumbing and electric, and refusal to work on any issues they didn't deem worthy. They have continued to raise my rent at random and haven't ever provided any details on utilities or reasons for rent increases. It has been really stressful thinking about how each months rent could vary wildly.

I haven't been able to work after a really bad fall while grocery shopping with my daughter, and am currently waiting on an MRI for more details. The soonest they could schedule one is October. My knees and hip have been in intolerable pain, with me being mostly in bed since the accident. I've been feeling really depressed and struggling to function most days. Even though I've been reaching out regularly to my doctors, I haven't been receiving much help from them. But I'm doing the best I can to keep it together for my family, and focus on what I can do right now. I have been wanting to work, but I know I need rest and can't overdue anything since my hip and knees aren't acting right.

With School starting, I have even less time available to get things done, since my husband and I are having to split up duties to take care of my autistic son and my other children's normal activities. There is a huge amount of weight on my shoulders and I have been feeling to pressure for months trying to get help where I can.

Right now I am looking at a house that's very close to my current house. They require 5k for deposit, first month's rent, and last month's rent. My GoFundMe goal is set to 7k to help with moving costs and any other expenses I may need since we won't be able to take our current beds and other furniture to our new home due to mold issues.
