Help Mara fix her broken leg!

My name is Paul, and my wife and I live in Hualien, Taiwan, with our four rescue dogs. Unfortunately our youngest, Mara, jumped the fence of our garden a few days ago. We heard her scream from inside the house and went out to find her limping and in great pain. It turns out she has broken her leg, possibly from a car or scooter on the quiet but very fast road outside. Taiwan does not have pet insurance due to the system being abused in a horrible way in the past. We're also short on cash due to us both currently studying for better qualifications (ironically so we'll have more money for the dogs in the future...).

If you're able to help at all with this unexpected emergency, even just a little, it would be appreciated a great deal. Mara is a lovely and very active 3 year old mixed breed dog (we think Taiwan mountain dog and German Shepherd) and we'd love to see her running about again as soon as possible!
