Hi, my name is Haylee, and this is my puppy Maple! I had surgery on the 15th, and then on the 19th, Maple got hit by a car and broke her leg where her growth plate is! We need around $3,000 before Friday! She has already had her surgery, but I'm out of work until Halloween and am very low on money and time.
