Help Manuel's Loved Ones in Their Time of Need

On May 19, 2025, my father Manuel Vega Lopez, who was a devoted hardworking landscaper, who tragically lost his life while working at a client’s home. A job that was going to take an hour end up costing his life.

As the sole provider for our family, my father also served as the primary caregiver for my mother who depended on him. She is unfortunately extremely sick and on dialysis every two days, she suffers kidney failure and requires several weekly doctor appointments. My father was her eyes and legs because she is loosing her eye sight because of her diabetes. With all the struggles he was going through with my mom, out of no signs; my younger brother was diagnosed with leukemia, after all the chemo that led him to a blood clot in his brain due to everything he endured, he continues to experience frequent seizures until now.

He was a caring, attentive, respectful and loving husband, father and friend. A life full of love, hope, happiness and anything life could offer. He built our family a home not in elegance but in simplicity and contentment. As a father, he worked with all his strength in all the ways he could, to earn the income and gave his family all the support he could. He had struggles and difficulties facing all the challenges in life but he became courageous to overcome them as he stood firm with his whole faith against each of these burdens, He was the strength of the home he built.

My father always put his family first before himself. He was a congenial person,no matter where he went he would always connect with people. He was also very humble and a selfless person. This breaks all of our hearts, My dad will be dearly missed by all.

We are asking for financial support not only legal purposes but in hopes to receive justice for my father and also to take my father back home to Oaxaca, Mexico, where he will be laid to rest.
