Hello everyone, my name is Manuel Ramirez. I am 48 and have worked in construction for most of my life. I never thought I'd have to do this and ask for help in this way. At this time I'm going through a difficult time and I know there are good people out there who are willing to help.

Unfortunately in November 2025 I had to undergo emergency surgery which led to them discovering that I have Metastatic Gastric Cancer stage 4. I am currently undergoing chemotherapy treatments and focusing on my recovery. Unfortunately because of my condition and treatment, I am no longer able to work. This has created significant financial challenges for me and my family, which is why I am reaching out for support during this difficult time. Any help, prayers, or support would be appreciated. Hola mi nombre es Manuel Ramirez. Nunca pensé que tendría que pedir ayuda de esta manera. En estos momentos muy difíciles yo se que hay personas amables que pueden ayudar. Yo trabajaba en construccion pero desafortunadamente en Noviembre 2025, me puse grabe y fui diagnosticado con Metastatic Gastric Cancer etapa 4. Actualmente estoy recibiendo tratamientos de quimioterapia y concentrandome en mi salud y recuperación. Desafortunadamente, debido a mi condición y al tratamiento, ya no puedo trabajar. Estoy a creado grandes dificultades financieras para mi y mi familia, por eso estoy recurriendo a pedir apoyo durante este momento dificil. Cualquier ayuda o oración sera apreciada profundamente.
