Help Manuel for his surgery

Hi im Omar Aldana Rotundo, i am Manuel Inciarte Rotundo brother. I live in Cape Breton, Nova Scotia, Canada and I need the funds to pay for my brother's surgery. I am doing it for him because he is not aloud from Venezuela.

Manuel Eusebio Inciarte Rotundo was born on the 23 of February 1959, in Maracay, Venezuela after finishing his high school education Manuel joined the Defensa Civil. It's a group of volunteers that are trained to help with natural disasters, like floods, landslides and tsunamis, hurricanes, forest fires, and earthquakes.

In 2000 after finishing his course Manuel became a paramedic working on different highways with an ambulance, in this period Manuel helped so many people and saved so many lives. In 2010 the social government eliminate the highway paramedic. The same year Manuel joined the state police to work as a policeman until retirement in 2017.

The only income that Manuel has is his pension of 30 dollars a month. He also looks after his mother Elizabeth Rotundo that has a severe case of dementia and Alzheimer's, making it very difficult physically and mentally for him. Previously Manuel had surgery on his back. They removed 2 herniated disks T11 and T12. When they Sowed him back they sowed his skin back to the muscle causing a great deal of inflammation and back spams making it hard for him to move around and function.

He also had 2 operations on his knee. on the menisci and rotula. He also has surgery to remove 2 hernias and one varicocele. Now Manuel has LIpoma the size of a grapefruit on his side putting a lot of pressure on his lungs making it very difficult to breathe and move around. He also needs to remove a scar on his back that is attached to the muscle.

In Venezuela to be operated on you need money. The hospitals don't even have gauze or alcohol for their patients. No medicines are provided not even bed sheets. and private hospitals are very expensive. Please help my brother be the man that he was before.
