Help Manny he lost his car in the San Diego Flood

Hello,

Yesterday San Diego had a bad storm and ended up flooding allot of San Diego.

My brother Manny recently started a job and was enjoying his work day when he got a call from his boss that his car was fully submerged under water! Where he parked his car (which is a safe parking area) ended up flooding and causing his car to slip into an embankment and get fully submerged in water. The photos were taken yesterday after the water went down a bit. His car is a total loss. He had liability insurance but it does not cover flood.

I am currently letting him use my car to get to work because he enjoys his job and doesn't want to miss any days.

Funds that come in for him will go directly to purchasing a used car so he can get to work again! Anything helps and thank you in advance.
