Help Manny Get a Prosthetic

Hey everyone, thanks for taking the time to read about Mr. Manny Andrade. Manny, a father of 8, recently ran into a health complication that resulted in the amputation of his leg. As far as prosthetics go, they can range from $10,000-$20,000 (sometimes more depending on the type of prosthetic). While insurance does help with prostheses, there is a small cap for how much they will contribute ranging from $2,500 to $5,000, and the majority of the costs will, unfortunately, be incurred by the patient.

Nonetheless, Manny is a family man who takes care of so many while simultaneously giving 110% at work. He has been with SRS for over 3 years as a salesman and has been in the industry for over 20. He is a crucial part of this team, and we miss him dearly. Manny has been part of our greatest wins as a store, and to try to put a monetary value on his production is next to impossible. His knowledge, connections, passion, dedication, and personality are immeasurable assets that most cannot begin to fathom without first working alongside him. That being said, Manny has taken his new state head-on and continued to work relentlessly (seriously, he was calling me from his hospital bed to schedule orders).

You may not know Manny personally, but I am hoping that in these two short paragraphs you are able to begin crafting an idea of the tremendous character that this man has. If you do know Manny, then you should be familiar with just how tough he is and the work ethic he puts forth on a daily basis. When I think about an SRS employee that truly embodies the type of A-players we seek out, Manny rises high atop that list. We here at the branch are pledging as much as we can to help him get back up on his feet, literally, and we humbly ask you to join us. Anything that you could spare would be greatly appreciated not just by Manny, but our team as well.
