Help Mann with Physical Therapy.

Hello, my name is Tabitha Lewis. I’m the mother of Alphonzo L. Lewis, Jr bka. Mann or Ski Mann to some. As most of you know he’s going to physical therapy due to an accident that took place on September 12. Due to the insurance issues we’ve been limited to taking him to therapy only once a week now because we’re paying out of pocket. As to before, we was taking him 2-3 days a week. It will be of great pleasure if we could reach our goal and get back to taking him to therapy 2 and 3 days a week. With reaching this goal this will take care of at least 2 months of therapy for him.
