It is with heavy hearts that we share the tragic news of the passing of Mani Rai, who came to the United States in November 2024 with hopes of building a better future. Mani was the only child of his parents, who invested everything they had to help him pursue his dreams here in the U.S.

Tragically, Mani was diagnosed with cancer shortly after his arrival and passed away after a courageous fight. His sudden loss has left his family devastated—emotionally and financially.

We are raising funds to cover Mani’s funeral and medical expenses, and to support his grieving parents back home, who are now not only mourning their only son but also struggling under the weight of the debt they took on to support his journey.
