Help Manchas Walk and Play Again

Manchas has been my loyal companion for the past six years, and she’s truly become my serotonin booster. She came into my life when I needed her most, and her gentle, loving nature has helped me manage my depression in ways nothing else could. Manchas was originally meant to guard a junk car, but her sweet personality made her the perfect friend for me instead. She’s always been full of energy, ready to play, and eager to join me on our long walks—especially when there’s snow on the ground, which she absolutely loves.


Recently, Manchas suffered a torn CCL and developed arthritis in her left hind leg. It’s been heartbreaking to watch her become lethargic and unable to enjoy the activities she loves. The pain medication prescribed by the vet caused her serious side effects, and she’s had to endure multiple stressful vet visits. The only way for her to return to her happy, playful self is through surgery. Until then, she can’t run, play, or go on our favorite walks together.


I’m raising funds to cover the cost of Manchas’s surgery and her recovery care. My biggest wish is to see her healthy and happy again, exploring the mountains and playing in the snow. Any support will help give Manchas the chance to get back to the life she loves and continue being my source of comfort and joy.
