Turkey’s burning!

Turkey’s Mediterranean region is battling multiple wildfires in many provinces, which started on Wednesday. The fires, which almost broke out one after another in one day

The worst fire was in Manavgat, a town in Antalya province which is popular among holidaymakers. It erupted on Wednesday noon in four different spots of the town surrounded by forests. It did not reach to town center but affected the villages near it. It has wrecked many house many lifes and now they need our help.

In some places, people fought the fires on their own, spraying water through hoses and buckets. The fires also led to mass deaths of livestock in rural areas while locals struggled to lead their herds to safety.

With many people loosing their homes farmers loosing their herd or food for their herd, we would like to make a callout to everyone to help us support those in need in turkey.

We have started a donation campaign to source all essentials or even help re-home people and feed the herd. We cannot do this alone! We kindly invite everyone to join us in this good deed and support us by spreading the word and donating to the campaign to help others.
